I am thinking of pre ordering crysis 2 because it is on sale at newegg right now. I am unsure of how it will run on my rig though. Any input would be valued.
AMD Phenom II 965 3.4ghz BE
ATI Radeon HD 4890
WD Caviar Black 500 GB 7200rpm
Asus M4a79t Deluxe
Mushkin 2x2gb DDR3 RAM

I can't say for sure but I guess it would run High settings at 1440x900 with perhaps some AA with a good 25-30+fps. It could be better it could be worse, it's very hard to say : ). I think it will look great anyway on a 4890 and run fine.

I have a comparable rig and can play Crysis at max, with a few tweaks, be efficient in backgroundtask killing and you will be able to play Crysis 2 at maximum graphics. Try Gamebooster, google it, it's freeware.
