Crysis 2- Rating causes...

I was just thinking... Crysis 2 - Rated M+ for mature Content (reasons) Blood (obviously) Strong Language (O.K.) Violence (No crap) PARTIAL NUDITY Can anyone explain the partial nudity? all i can think of is the interesting choice of obscene crotch armor (lol). this really interests/puzzles/confuses me. Thanks!

If there was boobs all hell would break lose in the US :P Killing people gruesomely? fine! killing them gruesomely and then seeing an exposed nipble? That's a ban right there.
