It deserves 3/10.

Gamespot's complaint of the easy difficulty is most likely spot on in my opinion. Crysis 2 was a walk in a park even in the highest difficulty setting and the addition of hacking, bow and such seem to decrease the game's difficulty even more.

I don't know about other reviews though, I only took a quick look at the Gamespot's review.
