In the beginning of every round, ONLY when I spot my first target and start shooting that I get frame lag. It ALWAYS does that with the first guy i'm trying to kill and it messes me up every single time. What the heck is going on?

I'm running GTX 670 SLI with latest official driver, tried vsync on and off, antialiasing on and off, etc.
