Crysis 2 Sand Box Editor : Crysis

So does any one know when we're getting this new Sand Box Editor? Also, is it going to be for all version of the game, or just PC?

Sandbox wouldn't work on consoles, so it's PC only.
It's coming out this summer.

Im thinking us console players would get a serial number to download the editor on our computers, either that or they will completely make Cryengine 3 free.
