Since a few days (the 11th may I guess) a new kind of lag started going trough the servers
This lag is not ping related.
It seems like you're having a high ping because when you shoot someone he either does not die or you have to shoot him a lot and then he dies a sec later.
Sometimes the game is barely playable and sometimes a few people don't have that lag what makes them op and invincible.
I'm not the only one that noticed it. Players all over the world do have this problem the last few days.

I can confirm this; it is not the usual lag effect, and I guess May 11th also.
