Crysis 3 sudden fps drop in multiplayer and single player

I have recently bought crysis 3 and have updated it to the latest patch g ...but i am experiencing sudden fps drop from 60 to 50 or 45 .....it happens in every map of multiplayer ..........it occurs randomly ......it can give stable fps of 60 for 2 minutes and then drops ...etc or vice VErsa ....please suggest me a solution ....I am playing it on lowest settings on 1366*768
My specs are
Fx 6100 amd CPU
Gtx 650 ti 2gb
Gigabyte 970ads3 rev.1.0 motherboard
8 gb DDR 3 ram 800mhz each
Psu 500 w cooler master with 16 amp on 12 v rail
Windows 7 64 bit
Nvidia driver 320.49 WHQL ( drop occurs also on latest beta driver 326.19)

MSI states that the Video Card needs a minimum of 20A and a 400W PSU. Why you using 800MHz ram? Unless it's at 1600Mhz and you didn't double?

Though fps drops from 60 to 50 or 45 doesn't seem odd, it depends on what's happening in game.

hmm only a loss of 10fps, pretty lucky. mine sometimes drops from 50fps to 3fps and i got to restart the game

^Yeah but he's almost playing the absolute vanilla lowest settings, is the card that poop?

I wonder if that PSU has a single 16AMP rail or dual(or 3 or 4) and he just listed one rail..

use amd gpu, it never drop frames
