It probably will be lower though max settings might include DX11 and few extra features that might need bit faster gpu and of course for DX11 it requires latest series from ATI/Nvidia.

I think that the System Requirements will be similar or a bit higher than Crysis

I have hoped it, but so wrong it cannot be. These data can be too wrong. If it thus optimised have promised like, it will probably better run.

sorry I have pressed with one from provided Flag, with the laptop, with the Pad it is inexact.
sorry^^
i realllllly hope its lower. just so that a playable 60fps on the highest settings are possible. i use tri sli gtx260 for crysis wars and still would never play multiplayer on high due to poor perofrmance.

what i would LOVE to see is a similar thing to the COD games, seperate settings for single player and multiplayer.

so i can hav my single player looking all pretty and my multiplayer ready for performance xD
have you tried taking one of them out? cause crysis struggles with tri sli. two 260s are as strong as a gtx 295! that should be enough for very high being playable at all time.

he probably means for the resolution in 2560 x in 1600, but even Crysis does not need so much or?

It must not be the highest setting for a GT in 9600 or in 9800 GT, but not same like with Crysis. There could play cards Only high theirs joke have. Only it is in such a way, the normal people just no or GTX 285 in 9800 have. They are of use a HD 4600 or HD 3600 or comparable Nvidia GPU. Also such a Core i7 or a Phenom II X6 is foreign to them.

It must not be required, the Crysis again so extremely a lot. If Somebody wants specially high optics, he can make again configs.cfg to get this. Normal people are not able to do this, for that it is difficult.

@ Slashman's Sys Reqs

If you just made those requirements up, they are very realistic, I would've believed they were official.

I've just ordered a new PC, almost just for Crysis 2, with AMD Phenom II X4 BlackEdition 955 CPU, 4GB of RAM, HD 5850(planning on going CrossFire), and Windows 7 for DX11.

Just because there are console versions of Crysis 2 doesn't mean the game won't be ultra tough on the PCs. The console versions of the game will be optimized, because the consoles all have identical specs. But for PCs, however, it's impossible to optimize the game because you can't really find 2 gamers with identical rigs.

Just from looking at the videos, I'm uncertain if I will be able to achieve 30 FPS at very high settings, I surely hope the game won't be so tough that even a guy with Core i7 Extreme and 4 way GTX 480 SLI will not be able to break 50 FPS on very high settings.

I have estimated it, but it is very well conceivable, the Crysis 2 will better run. With Crysis have not paid attention to it really, there the Game should be thus a perfect tense as possible. It was there to them no matter whether it on high was hardly to be played. Only Crysis 2 just no CryEngine 2 is a play more. The new engine (if it is right) should better scale, use less Ram/Vram and, besides, better ausehen.

Crysis swallowed on means about 700 mb Ram and 240 mb Vram (till 1280 x in 1024) and this could perform no PS3. Crysis 2 comes for the PS3 and Xbox 360 which have a Gesammt Ram of only 512 mb (256 mb Ram and 256 mb Vram). So it will probably have become at one or other place optimised. The consoles Screenshots show optics which are comparable on the PC with high.

I do not want to have to buy a new PC because of a play to myself over again. I do not want to have Crysis 2 liquidly on Very much high, but high like with Crysis should already be in it. They can make an extremist High or Very High to mode, for the GTX 480 owner. Only not each of the Crysis 2 wants to gamble such a map and the desire to buy it.

sorry for my bad english^^
I think that the System Requirements will be similar or a bit higher than Crysis
still up to this point, it will be a rumor. Just another speculation, just stick with dx11 series of nvidia and everything should run fine.
