I just went back and played Crysis 1 to see how the AI was, they were not really smart or complex, but they did act more human than the Crysis 2 AI, this is mostly due to the fear part of Crysis' AI.

PS: Crysis' AI is definitely more fun to play against than any other AI I have seen.

Stuck frequently, they don't notice sound frequently, they don't notice near friend death frequently...
