Having some problems with crysis 2

here is my list of problems right now ^^ sorry in advance if i may sound abit stupid

1. wont save my cdkey
2. after compleating the whole Campaing it did not save my progress and all my advancemt in unlocked secreats and such stuff.
3. can't connect to any servers becuse it says that my cd is in use

so how do fix this then
