Next, i started scouring through Crymod to find the best mods that will help spruce the game up just that little bit more. Here's a list of finalists:
- NanoSuit Ultra Customizable
- Pure Blood
- Very High Quality Config
- Replacement Shaders for Crysis
I tried a texture pack as well but i didn't like the looks of the vegetation so i took it off. Any other mods you guys could recommend?
Also, i'm going to be taking tonnes of images (duuuhhh) but am curious as to which you guys would prefer to see? Do you want informative shots with r_displayinfo enabled or would you prefer artistic shots with no info and perhaps no HUD?

The game looks so gorgeous right now and even with it completely maxed out like this, i'm still getting very playable frame rates (40+) at 1920x1200 with 4xAA! Loads of fun!

Global Ambient Lighting/POM Anisotropic filtering
vignetting
SSAO shader (use this instead of the replacement shaders one, it's better)

God i need a better card.....
I like the no hud screenshots though. I wouldn't mind a few particle mods when it comes time to explosions and such.

True, but then i'd have to spend some more on getting a new psu if I were to get another card, I only have 750W :/. Thanks anyways

How do you actually install the .pak files? do you just drop them into the /game folder?

Yep, that's all that's required, drop the .pak's into Crysis/Game/ and load the game

Dont know what for a 580 u got.....lol
And now? Look at that poor Crysis 2........i got teardrops in my eyes.....and if I think of old MP of Crysis and also Wars....i got more teardrop in Eyes!!!!
