I'm on the Shore Leave level in the sub. After the cut scene plays and the snow starts to move in the screen turns white and just freezes there. Done it 7 times now and the same exact thing happens.

Anyone have an idea as to what this could be caused from?

Yeah I have the 1.1 patch.

Whats strange is that the game has played problem free up until this point.

I'm rather new to pc gaming and I'm a bit out of touch with all that is Crysis. Is there a known issue with this specific point in the game?

Hmm, rather odd. Can't say i've heard of this issue before. As much of a pain as it may be, i'd suggest reinstalling the game. Something may have gone awry during the installation or afterwards.

sometimes i have a problem like this in BF:BC2
it says the graphic driver is damaged/broken
but after restarting game/PC its normal

try to update your graphic card

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I've done everything I can....well....except for the things that would fix this. I've scoured the internet for a week trying all kinds of solutions. Seems that this game can be quite the headache for some. I'm now part of that group.

Anyway, I'm on to the next for now, no hard feelings just wanna play not surf. I don't mind a little troubleshooting but I gotta stop somewhere.

I'll be sure to post the fix if I find one.
