Crysis Warhead Serial

I have a legit copy of Crysis Warhead which I purchased close to the release of the game. I have just recently built my new computer and I have just installed it. When I run the game it is now telling me that I need to purchase another copy of the game because it has been used too many times? WTF? How can I deactivate my other installs without having that computer or do I actually have to purchase another copy?
