The title says all. Can't seem to find my copy of C1 yet. Help?

Did you pre-order through Origin or a retailer participating in this particular promotion?

I have the same problem, i got a promotional code when i bought a AMD graphics card.
When redeeming, the content said something about (free) Crysis in the dialog box.
But it does not show up in my games??

**EDIT** it says the Hunter edition btw.. So shouldn't it include Crysis 1 and the Brawler pack?

This is an Origin problem. I'm missing mine as well. You have to contact Origin support, which is about the BIGGEST pain in the arse ever.

It's quite simple. All I had to do was click the Origin tab in the top left hand corner of your games panel and select "Reload My Games" and then it showed up.

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Origin quite some time ago, but the Hunter Edition is what keeps showing up in my Origin client.

I'm also missing all the pre-order & Digital Deluxe Edition exclusive content except for the original Crysis and the Crysis 3 Soundtrack (no Crysis 2: Maximum Edition, no Overkill Pack, no Gauss Rifle, no Scar Skin, ect.).

I reloaded my games list, logged out then logged back in, restarted Origin, etc. but I keep getting the Hunter Edition.

I preordered through Origin. I have contacted Origin Support but sadly I can't use the live chat option for some reason. Just waiting for an email now...

Origin will show Hunter edition but when you play the game it will load all the digital deluxe content after you sign into your online multiplayer with your password and username, It just shows hunter edition but not digital deluxe but its inside the game anyways
