Crysis 3 with gtx 680 sli

Hey guys, so I've decided to upgrade from one gtx 680 to two so that my system can cope with crysis 3 and hopefully the set of next gen titles due for release in the next year or two. What settings can I get a solid 60 fps running on this system?

gtx 680 SLI
i5 3570k @ 4.6 Ghz
8gb ram @1866
biostar z77 mobo
1000w PSU
2x 7200rpm 1tb drive
windows 7

ALSO- a tech question for the lot of you. The 680 I own at the moment is a stock version, I bought it within 2 weeks of release. For my second model, I'm wondering if I should get another stock (they'll look similar which is cool, also I like that all of the heat exhaust is pushed out of the case) or a fancier custom version. There are 2 680's on Newegg that cost 460$, one is the stock MSI and the other is a custom dual fan MSI. Which would be better for my setup? Thanks
