Dear Nexuz,
Have you tried the drivers from Asus's website. I would advise that you perform a clean install of their customized drivers if possible. Sometimes the regular uninstall method from Control Center might not do a complete uninstallation. You may try a full clean reinstallation using a third party tool. I suggest you use driver sweeper to help you anolyze and clean all the registy entries to prevent the conflict between the new one and remnant.
Steps:
1. Download Driver Sweeper (Install it).

(Note this is a 3rd party software, not provided by AMD. AMD will not be held accountable when you use this software.)
2. Uninstall your Current Catalyst driver. (Control Panel -> Uninstalling a program -> AMD Catalyst Install Manager -> Changes -> Custom Uninstall (Leave your chipset/usb drivers remove all the rest of the display drivers.)
3. Boot into safe mode (Hold down F8 during post to get into Safe mode) and run DriverSweeper.
4. anolyze and Delete AMD display driver folder. (Make sure to wait for DriverSweeper to complete. It will prompt you for a reboot once it completes.)
5. Reboot to normal Windows mode.
6. Install drivers from Asus's website. If not available, you may try Catalyst 13.1 again. http://www.amd.com/us/pages/amdhomepage.aspx
