Ever since I've downloaded Crysis 1 for my 360 I've been experiencing this glitch that is completely ruining my enjoyment of this game. Every time I boot it up, I get about 20 minutes of unhindered gameplay before it starts to get buggy. First, i'll try to switch my weapon and the gun will not appear. I can switch back to my original weapon and fire it, but I have no access to anything else in my inventory. The only other things I am allowed to do are open the map, move around, and use my nano-powers. I can pause the game, but it simply freezes the current frame without bringing up the pause menu. Oddly enough, during this time, the level of detail in the environment and character models seems to degrade and sometimes the AI just ignores my presence.

I've tried the obvious fix attempts, like deleting & reinstalling the game and even tried using a different HDD, thinking that maybe the hard drive was corrupted. I had the same problem. At this point, I'm really confused as to why this is happening and needless to say, it's incredibly frustrating that I have to restart my system every 20 minutes. It makes the game nearly unplayable and it's a shame cause I'm really loving it.

Has anyone else had this problem? If someone can give me an idea of why this is happening, I'd really appreciate it.
