Hi guys,

There has been some misinformation spread about the ability [or inability] to play Crysis, offline, on the Xbox 360 and we'd like to clear up any concerns about this. When you first purchase the game, there is a menu option called "Usage Restrictions" that shows up before you download it. It reads as follows:

The item you are trying to download is subject to usage restrictions. You can use this item on the first Xbox 360 console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console. If you transfer the item using a memory unit or other storage device, you will also be able to use it on other Xbox 360 consoles, but you'll need to sign in to Xbox LIVE with your Xbox LIVE account on that console before accessing the item
If you are playing Crysis on the 360 that you originally downloaded it on, there are no issues with playing it offline, disconnected from XBL and even without being signed into a profile at all (you just won't be able to save your game progress if you're not signed in to any account).

I like being able to aim down the sites and you cant after you pick up the second pistol.

so gutted i cant play it on my xbox....damn xbl will not help me with my password for my account to set up payment details.
