Crysis2 Single player NO HELP FromCRYSIS HELP TEAM/SUPPORT

This is the 3rd time to try and get some help but i have had NO reply from the Crysis help team.
I have been playing Single player on the ( post Human Warrior) Setting.
The game keeps crashing at the start of ( Prisim ) As soon as Guld finishes speaking the map goes off.
Then "BAM" the screen goes blank and windows message says the game has stoped working.

I Have put a post on here about this and nothing.
I have put a Support Ticket in and Nothing.

Can some one please sort this or at least have the good manners to give me a reply.

30MB Fiber Optic line
2MB =Upload

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz

Memory: 4096MB RAM

Hard Drive: 1 TB Total + 350GB + 250GB

Monitor's : Acer 223w = x2

Sound Card: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Speakers/Headphones: Saitek Vibration Gaming

Keyboard: Benq Curve

Mouse: Logtech G9 Gaming Mouse

Mouse Surface: Allsop

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
(6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100226-1909)

Motherboard: Asus PK5 Pro

Computer Case: Matrix Thermaltake x 2 Extra Fans.

might be a corrupt file. try re-downloading/installing.

right click the game folder and click on properties, on the general tab un-select read only and then click apply. try that, might be a execution problem
