Crytech fix this asap i just went and purchased a microsoft points card for your new map pack and when i went to download it, My 800 MS points were taken from my account but when the download started it instantly canceled itself and said ( Cannot download this item ) i payed for this map pack and would like to be able to play these maps. It was very upsetting to get these issues, have been a loyal fan of crysis and will continue to be just thought i would imform you of this issue.

Look in your download history. You can find it under account management somewhere. This is a problem MS is responsible for. Not Crytek. (its Crytek, not Crytech)

Check your dl history and try to dl it again. If not phone MS but theres no need to act like a dum kid
