I do understand they got shafted by EA by releasing early,

but can you blame me for being annoyed?? we WARNED them about all the problems that WILL/DID

No, seriously: We customers have doubts about Crytek's support (after Crysis 2 of course we have them).

Clearly as shown above Crytek have been responding daily. And actually last night there was server maintenance for upcoming patches. So locking this since the information in OP is wrong and I see this thread leading nowhere useful.
