Even though the game uses DX9, it looks pretty darn good right?
Do we NEED a DX11 patch?
Or do you people just want a new benchmark? hence why you as for Dx11.
I have a DX11 machine that can run Metro 2033 at the highest settings.
While you can argue C2 doesn't NEED a DX11 patch, I sure as hell want one that will hopefully allow Crysis 2 to take advantage of the features my machine can handle.
That said, those posting here to grief those of us asking for a DX11 patch seem to be forgetting the history of Crytek.
They've made an effort in the past to upgrade their games to take advantage of all the latest bells and whistles - do you people forget the release of the 64-bit upgrade to FAR CRY a year or two after the original game was out?
So please, spare us the weak slipper slope arguments like "do you need DX11" patch BS; because of Crytek's history, and their openness with communicating with the community, it is warranted and understandable that we are asking for clarification on the status of a DX11 patch.
Problem with the internet; anonymity grants voice to morons.
