That's normal usage for a CPU. The drivers looks like you have two GPU, and both are not being utilized check with nvidia. When you play with all setting on ultra it drains everything, multiplayer with high action is intense graphically. Try checking if r_multigpu is on, Crytek is not going to help you, but the community will try.

yes r_multigpu is on.
Same map different location. GPU usage changes depending on where I'm looking.

More cpu and gpu is being utilized in this photo. Reinstlled OS to try and fix this issue about a week ago, but it didn't change anything. Everything is up to date.

What are your min FPS in MP?

It depends on the situation. I've seen 12fps during the epic lag orbital strike map. If I take the marshall on any map, get close to a concrete barrier or wall that causes all the dust, then blast fast and repeatedly the fps will drop out too. Usage on my gpus in that situation go way up in that split second so I think thats just because they can't render all the particles quick enough.

edit: Just played a full tdm on pier 17 for comparison and had a minimum of 36fps. Same senario with pc hardware not being utilized.
