Hello,


So there are two things that really bug me about Crytek at the moment.

1) I bought "The Lost Island" DLC on monday, payed everything but didn't get an email with the key so far + there are no players playing it (I just saw that today on the server list).

2) I didn't receive any weapon skins so far, I didn't get the one for signing up and I bought the Hunter Edition (didn't pre order it) but didn't get any skins ( I am level 15 btw with 0 reboots so far).


Can someone explain this to me? Or am I wrong?

Contact support... also I hear that there is basically no one playing the DLC anymore
