When they spoil us, we know the whole game without even buying it. Who then wants to buy the game? No one. And beeing paranoid about that is a totally wrong attitude. You love the game and not the information about it.

!

So what. What do you think this site is for? They just have to get loud on the release (or near it) to make those buy the game, who don't know what it is.

Well, I don't want to have this game ruined because a few people on here that aren't patient enough to wait till March.

I mean, if not alot of information is revealed, then it means that there's still so much to be said, or seen. And having the opportunity to experience it hands on when the game is released is much better. Nowadays games are hyped up to the max, and when it's like that, we expect the game to have EVEN MORE. Then just before you know it, the game svcks, because everyone had high expectations of it.

I agree with Ark, because the surprise is the best thing about waiting for games. Knowing little is what makes an upcoming game great. Some devlopers or publishers (Rockstar Games to be an example) release information slowly, and towards the end, spill the beans completely. I like it like that.

@Greamreaper 56: I think those who are interested in this would look up what the story is about and what the Nanosuit is. And besides, if people are too lazy, there's a comic for them to read about the story after Crysis.

We know of 4 maps, 3 gamemodes, and tons about every gameplay aspect of Crysis 2... not enough information? We have plenty of information, the only news I really want before release is beta information, and a launch teaser. :)

Why beta information? there are way too many bugs to handle with that kind of setting. I'd stick with a demo. It's way safer.

And were not getting "too much information", were getting far less. XD

It's a fruitless effort to keep us paranoid.
Correct....... I means last time when they kept talking about Crysis they said the following

"you can drop out and perform a halo jump and land wherver you want"
didnt happen

"you can use tree wood and make some fire out of it, if you have fire"
where's the fire?

"Good story line"
too short

"you will BUY new wepons, when you FINISH every mission and return to THE CRUISER in the sea and move freely in it" (like a role playing game action adventure for when you have nothing to do in game)
....
but eveyone left it silent and no one complained.
I hope this does not happen with crysis 2.

and this is the same to some of the most anticipated games everytime, especially crysis....my hunch is that the guys at crytek are making final touches to the game, but i would rather hate the fact if it's going to happen to crysis 2, the things i mentioned above or any relavence in any manner.

Only few of this stuff was ever taken seriously. We could use more hands-on media soon.

I prefer a beta because I actually care about improving the quality of the game and motivating Crytek to support its products while getting a first hand experience of their latest build, which a demo does not do at all. If you really think we are getting not enough information, then take a look at how much was released for Crysis and then tell me you want more information... This game has plenty, knowing any more would be a complete spoiler.

You people are completely impatient... Go watch some TV or something instead of whining on here all day because you have not heard of a demo or all the game's information over 2 MONTHS FROM RELEASE DAY.

Talon, that is just wicked. besides patience is a virtue and a virtue doesn't last forever. We have limits, and i've been spying on this site until now. plus a beta would be fairly used for improvement. I just prefer a demo because if there is any fatal errors it wont show when i get the full game.

Actually, we know a lot.
We know many enemy archetypes (Stalker, Heavy, Grunt, Pinger), we also know about most of the new gameplay mechanics (new suit, sliding, beating, kicking...) and lots of new weapons have been revealed, too. The unknown things are basically the other 4 gamemodes & MP/SP-Levels and the story.

I'm sorry, my tolerance level has been shortened over the last couple weeks by the people complaining about not enough information or no demo two months from release when that is certainly not the case, and there is no way in hell we are getting a demo two months before release.

Talon, remember that the game WAS goin to be out by now, but it was pushed back.

we have had to wait a few extra months, and it would be nice if Crytek could help us pass those by having a free demo, or wth even a ten buck one.

My point is, the game is easily ready to be played by the public, Crytek just chooses... no.
Plus it was a load of BS that the xbox players got a beta, and everyone else just has to sit around twiddling their thumbs.

My tolerance has shortened from the LACK of info, not from the nagging FOR info...

I couldn't agree more, every bit down to the condemnable Xbox beta, lack of a demo for the other consoles & pc people and extension in secrecy of crysis 2 related information. I'm just starting to loose my temper.
