It's important stuff if you like to runs servers, make maps, do modding, run a clan.

be patient. The game is a month out or so. Knowing now changes nothing. The world will continue. What's going on in Egypt right now is more important than Crytek divulging info before they are ready to.

What was included in an old, leaked build is not indication of what to expect come retail. These "surprises" as you put it have not been effected by this.
