Here recently I have seen several posts reporting fewer and fewer people playing online. I have no doubt that some of it is attributed to bugs but i am also certain a lot of it has to do with things becoming stale. Don't get me wrong I love that they have been timely with their patches this time around. But the fact remains that the number weapons available is abysmal compared to just about every other shooter out there. The number of maps is a bit anemic as well. I have no problem with the number of gameplay modes but it wouldn't hurt to make the maps a bit bigger for some of them. So far there has been no word on the subject of dlc other than "we are not allowed to speak about any dlc content at this time". i worry now that with the dwindling number of players that they may just cut the game loose and there will be no dlc or an sdk for that matter. At least give us the sdk and allow us to play on user generated maps.

I think DLC would make them lose their fan base actually.

An SDK, on the other hand, is another matter entirely.
