Why do I even bother to argue with you, when you obviously don't know what you're talking about?
Controls?
Maximum Speed was completely removed. Now it's just a bit faster from sprint and consumes energy
Maximum Strenght, yeah remember that one? Oh look gone too.
That leaves us with max armor, and cloak. 2 buttons, perfect for controllers L2 and R2.
It takes 3 times longer to aim than it did in C1. (Less responsive)

You are talking about suite abilities, not about controls, no wonder why i can't understand what are you talking about.
Speed and strength are still there just modified, whole control system was modified to fit more into new type of gameplay and movement style. Now we actually can use suite with full potential. Max speed would never fit into intense and fast multiplayer of C2, all changes they did with nanosuite are perfectly justified by gameplay mechanics used in C2, especially in MP. And pad have L1/L2 R1/R2 which gives 4 buttons to control suite not 2.
Your idea of removing something from suite to fit pads is obviously wrong.

Graphics?
Are you fcking kidding me? Crysis 1 was released 4 years ago, and it looks better than this (it even has DX10, which everyone got when the game was released) There also was a 64bit version. ALOT more graphics options in C1 while in C2 you had 3 options(lol). Exaggerated lighting in C2 to make up for the awful textures. Crysis looks alot better and has graphics mods that make the game look at some points photo-realistic.
Yeah there was more settings, and so what since graphic should be judged by the way how it looks and not by how many options you can use in game menu. Despite low res. textures and low quality particles all other aspects of graphic surpass technologies use back in 2007, and thats a freaking fact. If you think that C1 look better you have never even look at both games at same time, i did that placing two LCD and booting two games on two PC and i was shocked how awful lighting and shadows are in C1, how bad character animation is and how bad character models look.

Maps?
Small and very linear. C1 they were big. Try enabling dev mode in both games, you fly around in C2 and you see that the buildings have no roofs and there's no ground anywhere, except on the path of the linear map and stuff like that. Tell me at what point was there more destruction than in C1? In C1 you could literally tear down a whole village, take down the houses with your fists, piece by piece with realtime destruction and shoot the trees.. It was a very responsive world, while in C2 the biggest thing you could do was to shoot at a wall and see concrete falling (at some parts of some maps)

The point is that maps in C2 can be bigger than largest map now used, C2 have 16 players maps, while console can handle 24 players map. Basically if largest map use now is let's say Statue, Sanctuary... then we can have without problems maps 2 times bigger than those two. AND that means that maps in C2 which we have now wasn't limited by consoles, they simply choose to use smaller maps =.="
And as for destruction everything which was to destroy in C1 it was some trees, vehicles and buildings with furniture...and as for buildings there was no real destruction, since huse in C1 it was just a pile of object which was falling down under influence of gravity, but you couldn't destroy those object haha.
C2 have more destructible vehicles, ground at some point can be damaged (you couldn't damage ground in C1), concrete barricades can be destroyed (nothing like that was happening in C1)... and few more things which wasn't in C1.

Multiplayer?

Ever heard of a POWER STRUGGLE? HUGE maps, with with over 32 people. Epic vehicles, cars, boats, V-Tols(airplanes), helicopters, light tanks, heavy tanks. Large variety of weapons. Even Nuclear weapons.

I suggest that you go and buy Crysis 1 and see what I'm talking about.
Jesus Christ... New people on these forums are always ready to argue about Crysis 2.
Seriously drop the fanboyism and just open your eyes.
Fanboyism my as.... Game was consolized at some point, you can't have everything, but it doesn't mean that they won't create something like that just for PCs.
People need to stop crying over C1 like it is some ultimate game with graphic which never will be look old, after 4 years C1 is quite ugly.

Considering that this is supposed to be a DX11 "PATCH," just for the PC, and not a DLC, I expect it to be free.
