True but I only have pc. and I played this on xbox which aside from the 28 frame rate looks and runs amazingly for a console game. However I worked for 5 grand to have a powerful computer and surpass what I was sitting with during my xbox days. Call me a graphics whore but being able to shoot a tree into pieces and then throw one of those pieces at some birds flying in the sky brought my interest back into gaming. This staggeringly bad sequel has dampened my outlook on games for the next few years

The core gameplay of Crysis 2 is fun and addicting! It is not Crysis 1 but it does a good job at being a quick paced nano suit multiplayer experience. IF this cheating/false cd-key usage isn't fixed in a very short period of time (the next few weeks at the highest); then this will prove to be the most laughable game release on the PC platform to date. And to think that this is Crytek we are talking about here could make it twice the disgrace. My motto has always been "IN CRYTEK WE TRUST!!" And it will take a huge amount of trust to wait and see what Crytek will do against what seems to be massive security exploits on the PC version. An anti cheat/piracy measurement must be deployed so that only legit owners can log into the MP portion, (pirates being able to log in and play with people who have actually bought their game is insulting!), and that cheating gets severely penalized. Furthermore bugs and glitches need to be ironed out, perks resetting and so forth must be corrected or else MP will suffer.

THIS MUST BE DONE! And I am sure that they are working on it, if not then I will personally burn all my Crysis games and never speak highly of Crytek again.

I love crysis 2. The main thing I'm upset with is the editor. The editor would have been a game changer. The fact that they advertised and showcased it so much should of meant we could at least get a ce3 build. Especially for 60 dollars.

Funny how people still expect Crytek to answer their requests, problems and agitation while I'm under the impression Crytek has it's middlefinger raised and solves their priorities first. You have a problem running the game? We'll fix a security update.. Game still isn't running well? We've got a workaround to work around our work.. You need a patch? We'll see when we'll get that one out, maybe this week maybe next. Untill then all you'll hear is crickets.. I wonder why the release has been delayed 6 months in the first place. Clearly nothing has been solved?

I think they will give out CryEngine 3 for free..

Heard that too. I'm counting on that. Live create..well where the **** is it. They could have at least put it on consoles. Just like bungie. The more modding on the consoles the more I will respect them. give us your engine so we can continue your dream to strive for graphic innovation. You can just sit back and watch. I've noticed many of the employees respond warmly to the projects pursued at cry mod.

Where is our update in form of some forum posts from Developers or a real Patch?Yeah,there was NOTHING!And you wonderwhy people rage on sunday about patch?

Its over a week since launch and major issues like broken server, resetting perks and unlocks, the amount of online cheating in MP and bugged nano collection in SP still not being fixed nor having a date for said fix is a total disgrace.

Your part about the broken server is incorrect because they have patched the server twice. I run a server. I know its been patched and the broken servers are fixed because I dont have to babysit it and restart it every 2 hours like I did the first 2 days to keep it working. So no my grounds are not unfounded because they are doing something its just not something you get to see. The server providers dont even know what was in the patch it just worked.

Crytek promised a fix this week and there hasn't been a fix.

did it ever click in to u guys that keep biching about a anti cheat patch that it could be a server side update and doesn't require a patch for us consumers.

Can you people just learn to have some faith. For one Crytek is not a company to release a patch if it is not stable. Two they dont just have problems on the PC and three they have lives and families. Please give them a break. Being a developer is not an easy thing to do and then to be bashed by the public for not giving them a patch when you find an issue and want to fix it for them but they dont see it that way because they only see that there was no patch. Give me a break guys and just have some patients. As I have said before the Servers have been patch once if not twice already. So they haven't been doing nothing.
