I would've thought my sarcasm was a bit more obvious. Apparently my chipper tone really helped seal the illusion of genuine happiness that I don't have.

Actually, when I finally say enough is enough and settle for the miniscule twenty dollars that GameStop will give me, and just go back to Black Ops, then I'll be genuinely happy.

Don't want it to come to that, I wouldn't even be so worked up if I didn't enjoy the game at times. If it was an immediate faithless throwaway title like Homefront was, I'd have gotten rid of it after the first week and not gave it another thought.

However, maybe these three weeks have really been a blessing. Many of us now know to not ever give Crytek our money again. A quid saved is a quid earned, right?

Correct. Sorry its hard for me to distinguish whos bum licking the franchise and whos being sarcastic. However the jokes aside now this is serious. Either respond Crytek or piss off back to the machine that caters for unevolved isolated pricks I.E the P.C crowd....who somehow youve also managed to piss off

Well, I can't say I'm surprised by the lack of response from Crytek. Considering the amount of flack other devs get on their forums (BioWare's Mass Effect forums are full of it), I'm not surprised they aren't giving Adam any info. That might might lead to a new round of complaining if things don't go according to plan (like with Microsoft certification), so it's just easier to ignore the community until they've got everything in place and are sure things won't fall apart. I personally don't like this approach, but I certainly can understand it, especially after being on the ME forums.

That said, it would be nice for them to give Adam some more info, so he can actually do something and get people off his back.

Guys as soon as we have information, we will give it to you. I don't know how many times we've said this already. The second we receive the patch notes they're posted on the site.

Like I said in my OP, they don't care. It was obviously too much to ask for a human response, as opposed to the typical answering machine response were currently receiving. Are we really overstepping the boundaries for wanting acknowledgement that they are working on particular issues? After all the time we have spent helping these people and given them our money? Is ONE detailed response giving for once what the customer wants that hard a task?

The answer according to Crytek seems to be Yes, it is TOO much. I've never experienced any other company with any other product refuse to such an extent to do anything.

Considering that I stated previously that another generic response would only make matters worse this post almost seems vindictive, like a troll statement. Am I misinterpreting this it does feel to me that they are taking this p*** at this point.

To Adam, there is little point responding to this thread further. It is clear that we are not going to get anything from you. I'm not being horrible, but it's clear from searching through your posts that we never get anything tangible from you. So further robot responses only incite more annoyance, this is evidenced by the fact that after your post in your thread that although the posters have remained civil and mature it is clear that are very angry, which is justified.

Just leave this topic as it is and let us all just talk about it between ourselves in peace. Seems as though this is what happens anyway, across all platforms on these forums.

As an update the thread "Grain Glitch sufferes unite!"has been recently closed as it was similar to another. Rather than actually answering the questions asked, Cry-Adam just closed it and referred them to another post on a similar issues.

The other topic doesn't even have a useful response, so why are they forwarding people to other threads to other topics that don't help? To save more space? Perhaps if they answered the questions people wouldn't keep asking.

One would expect it wouldn't be hard to give a rough ETA for a real patch. Since the game was patched (3-5mb's??? lmao) the hackers have returned I've noticed. (auto aiming hooray) -.-

I'm tired of people not being where they appear with a 3 bar connection. Hell even when host they still appear 2 meters left or right of my shots in Kill cam and taking no damage, even though my view is registering hits and spraying their blood.

Sorry but this thread offers no real purpose other than to antagonise and it's nudging other topics that might be of more use down each time it's posted in. We are doing our best to get you guys more information regarding patches. In the mean time, please try and keep threads positive and productive.
