Dude DX11 is confirmed. Seriously DO your research and stop whining. Cryengine 3 is amazing even in dx9. If you really wanna experience something different. Try a config tweak?

I would like a link to a recent confirmation of a DX11 patch please. Also the game does not look amazing to me. When you tell someone your opinion, it doesn't make it fact. Also, he doesn't sound like he's whining. He sounds disappointed in being missled about this game (by Crytek) for the last couple of years. Now they have our money and we have an Xbox game, so yeah people get pissed off.

Enjoy the game for its gameplay, if people can play games like Call Of Duty and Battlefield BC2 and enjoy them regardless of how inferior their graphics are compared to Crysis, then why can't you just enjoy Crysis 2 for its gameplay?

A DX11 patch is confirmed by Crytek and is coming on its way soon. I do agree with the majority of PC gamers that it should have already been sorted out before the release, but lets just hope they had a good reason for that. Soon you will be playing Crysis 2 in DX11 :)

Both those game have custon graphic settings. Crysis 2 doesn't, and it's making me ill after about ten minutes. I don't have time to edit all of the cfg files.

The gratuitous motion blur and bloom effects are nauseating, and I want to turn them off, without having to reduce the over all graphics quality, and without having to modify game files. Seriously, I have never played a PC game that didn't have graphic options before.
