That's right guys, patch 1.02(i believe its called sorry) has been released today on the playstation 3 platform. While the update did fix annoying bugs the game previously came shipped with, the are now talks about the patch doing more damage than it did good. Nevertheless, there is no solid evidence to back up these claims that are being made just yet.

Eventhough the patch managed to fix matchmaking issues, many are complaining that there are still Latency A.K.A LAG issues with the game. Many also seem to be complaing of massive frame rate drops. I will be checking this patch later today myself to see if i can find any so called 'major issues' left by said patch.

I advise all my Crysis 2 players out there to be patient. It is laughable to think that every single issue with the game is going to be solved with 1 single patch. The good news is that the mods have, in a way, hinted at crytek looking to solve further issues in the near future. I will try my best to keep all of you guys and gals informed on both any information i hear or any issues that i find myself.
