I have heard people that experienced (Including myself) that Crysis 2 on Directx 11 on Windows 8 Consumer, Release and properly even Developer preview that full screen resolution is very weirdly set and has this some sort of error shown like "Resolution Un-defined" or something like that in the game's settings. (My apologies for being very brief, just having trouble remembering the issue.)

Sure, Crytek won't release any more patches but if they don't fix this bug, it could make quiet a lot of people more angry than they already are with other severe bugs, especially if they want to play in DX11 mode.

Its something to do with drivers from what I've read, not the game.
