CRYTEK, ea do something to protect original copy player-pls : Crysis

More and more pirate player joined official crysis2 multiplayer server, furthermore, they use all kinds of cheat hooks. Yes, it's ture! Pirate player can more easily join offical server than original copy!! Is this fair to our original copy player? I now quit multiplayer mode untill update patch release to resolve this.

I hope studios start to put in place more protection, most people complain about this DRM activation limits etc but i dont need to reinstall the game 10 times in a space of 1 month (dunno how people manage this unless they complain because they have like 10 different computers).

I just don't understand - what's the point of giving us a game key, which isn't even needed when you can enter any numbers or letters and it will work?

I'd rather have less, but make sure that the multiplayer authentication system can't be fooled. Why is the multiplayer auth server accepting connections from people with invalid keys? I thought the valid ones were tied with accounts too.

No. What's unfair is that from what I've heard most of pirates enjoy multiplayer without any problems while I with my legit copy can't play f*** game.

other games got hackers too, but they have to fear to get banned and loose thier cd key. hacker in crysis 2, even if they play with valid keys, dont need to fear, because crytek has other things to care. Crysis 2 is a hackfest. happy hour all the day!

hey im enjoing multiplayer with the key cryt-ecks-uckb-alls-2011 jey im using the cracked version of crysis 2 . but wait before you will flame me to hell ... ive bought crysis 2 ive payed 60 bucks for that **** and it dont works when ive tryed to join i get disconnect after 5 miniutes . so ive downloaded the crack and the multiplayer works fine.... so **** you cryteck ...

Perhaps something like an authenticator which are used in mmo games to stop hacking could be used to login to your account to connect to a multiplayer game and if said authenticatr isn't used, you can use multiplayer...apps for phones work well and also authenticator gadgets which could make them extra money..

Bump. I'm not letting this thread go away. There should be like 3x hotfixes to this game already and we got nothing. Sadly, I'm not buying any game from Crytek/EA again.

Im just wondering, once they have resolved the issue, will all those with already assigned illegitimate keys no longer be able to come online? Or will their system just no longer accept any new illegitimate keys and keep the ones that were already entered before?

they must do this (IMHO) actions agains free players - blocks all accounts, and who buy a game in ea profile (or ea down manager) re-activate the key - and the key unblocks the account (and current stats)

ps. dont blame a free players what they using a aim and others cheats - mostly it used by a legal users!
reports about cheaters begins at time then the game stay avaliable in STEAM System.
the pirates dont cracked the patch 1.1 in same time.
