Crytek it's time to deal with poor performance

Core i5 2500k 4.5 GHz
ASRock Z77 Pro4
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz
XFX HD7950 DD 1000/1450
Samsung SSD 830 128GB

Well even with a rig like that I get a lot of FPS drops down to thirty on high, So I tried medium, and surprise no difference. So I looked at my GPU load while playing, and noticed that while I have the drop the GPU load is down to 50-60% While normally it's 90-100%
Would you care to explain how could this happen ?

There seem to be portions of the game that are basically pre-rendered cutscenes and are slid into gameplay seamlessly and look as though they are being rendered and it might be one of those playing that results in your framerate going down to thirty and the GPU usage dropping a lot.

That's just my theory but there's definitely some sort of jiggery-pokery going on during some supposedly "in-game" story scenes.

I'm talking MP here. I know that during cut scenes GPU load drops, I'm not an idiot.
