It doesn't take all day to figure out how to fix this. It also doesn't take two weeks to respond to the community. Either say you're fixing it or you're not. Don't give some polite garbage response about poking people internally, that just sounds wrong anyway, and then sit on your asses while it blows over.

Here's the bottom line:

1) I paid $60 for this game + tax. I want a game that works like it's supposed to, or at the very least a game whose achievements unlock.

2) Somebody is going to give me a damn answer in this thread or I'm making a new one daily. You've got my money, now give me what you damn well owe me.
