I mean holy balls. Teams are even.. start the game? Nah, let's give them a 4-minute countdown during which time someone is bound to leave, which in turn bugs up the whole lobby by sending the countdown into an infinite loop. Oh and there is absolutely NO indication whether there is a game in-progress or not, not to mention a countdown 'til when the game ends. GAH. Was this playtested at all?! WTF. Even the most low-budget, bottom of the barrel PC shooters get the lobby system right.
