that's basically it, it would have probably been better if ya'll pushed the date back. just cuz ur gonna be stuck with it for the next 4 years doesnt mean to release a bare bones version n improve on it later. i mean sure, you got the core gameplay down, but we want those bells and whistles. for example, im probably gonna have to replay the campaign 5 months from now just to be like "oh cool direct x 11." cmon, i wanted that on my first playthrough, ya'll should have made the console games the way they were but at least polished the pc version to be more pc "compatible." well i kinda just wanted to vent so that all

Integrity. Crytek released one of the greatest PC-centric FPS of all time. Based only on that, I would have bought Crysis 2 no matter how disgusting it looked in preview, because sometimes it's enough to get by on your name alone. Now, however, Crytek's name is mud, and many PC gamers who would have bought Crysis 3 out of loyalty to the company will just pirate it.

I mean, I've been playing Crysis for over 2 years. I still play it today. I stopped playing Crysis 2 after 3 weeks, and I have zero desire to load it up again. Crysis 3 won't even hit my radar when it comes out. That's "what difference it makes."

Its how all games are slowing going to be. Non of this was a real issue when it was difficult to download patches. Now that downloading patches and creating patches has become a breeze companies only need to release a bare bone game and patch the rest of the game later.
