Haven't figured out how I messed up. Installed all Hearthfire compatibility mods I'm aware of, using SkyrimModManager, BOSS, TESEdit etc.

[Edit]: Tried so more. Another Sorting Mod seems to cause the problems. Deactivated it, was able to start up the game again. Tried to use it alone (Better Sorting deactivated): game crashing on startup. Hmm...
