CTD after a minute into new game : V

After about a minute either starting a new game or loading an old game (two different characters) Skyrim CTDs. Instantly, no fanfare.

I'm assuming this is a memory problem. I've ran Boss and have SafetyLoad installed. I saved a new game and booted it up and--30 seconds later, CTD.

Does anybody know of obvious conflicts that I am missing? (Wrye Bash thinks everything is good to go).

Did you run this through Boss? If not do so and follow recommendations. I do not know enough about each of your mods loaded to say anything about their compatibility. I found that Safety Load mod cut my CTD's and lock ups out almost completely but Safety Load only helps with one type of memory issue and may not be helpful; to you.

Yep ran Boss and I have safetyload installed. Everything is looking hunkydory!

Dunno what the problem is.

I think it's a memory issue. I loaded out in the middle of nowhere in Solstheim, everything worked. Can't load in Tamriel and crashed after 5 seconds in Raven Rock.
