CTD before game launches : V

Hi all, so recently decided to play Skyrim again (already installed) but since then the game keeps crashing to desktop before it even fully launches, I have disabled all mods and only left the Skyrim.esm active but am still having the same issue.

Below is the Papyrus log but there doesn't seem to be anything that indicates an issue:

Please run dxdiag.exe and post in spoilers tag the full results.

Maybe try running the verify the game cache within steam. Maybe you have corrupted/damaged game files. Maybe also deleting the ini's in your documents folder.

Are you trying to load a previous saved game? Does it crash when you start a brand new game with a new character?

Try the steps mentioned in the post above this one (validating local files, deleting ini files).

Yeah, try to start a new character...

Are your Papyrus log file only those three lines ???

What's under that ???
