CTD's every ten minutes.

I hate making topics like this, because I know you guys have seen a million of them...
but I get a CTD around every ten minutes when I play my game, usually when activating an object, changing cells, fighting, or talking to NPC's.

I see Delinquent master for anequina, but I didn't think that mod had a master file.

Did you try uninstalling conflicting codecs? They can cause a CTD right before a music change. http://nightmare2013.brashendeavors.net/

1. Having 07 Mart's Monster Mod for OOO.esm [Version 0.9.9b2] in your load order is quite a big mistake (don't think I criticize, I just try to find reasons for frequent CTD and this is quite a significant one.)

2 Here is how dev_akm recommends to install Francesco:
16 Francesco's Optional Chance of Stronger Bosses.esp
17 Francesco's Optional Chance of Stronger Enemies.esp
18 Francesco's Optional Chance of More Enemies.esp
19 Francesco's Optional Leveled Guards.esp
++ FCOM_Francescos.esp [Version 0.9.9]
++ FCOM_FrancescosItemsAddOn.esp [Version 0.9.9]
1A FCOM_FrancescosNamedBosses.esp [Version 0.9.9]
And your way differs from the recommended qne.

3. If you're going to play DLCs, you must install the UOMP 1.5 (recommended strongly by modders and experienced players alike).

4. Tis 28 Mart's Monster Mod.esp [Version 3.6beta3] shows you installed whole MMM wrong. You should have 57 FCOM_Convergence.esp [Version 0.9.9Mb3] instead.

5. You miss 4D Bob's Armory Oblivion.esp and 4E FCOM_BobsArmory.esp [Version 0.9.9] and they are a must when you install FCOM (dev_akm instructions again, sorry :D).

6. 36 Knights.esp needs a bit more support IMHO, like : 79 Knights - Unofficial Patch.esp [Version 1.0.9] which comes again with UOMP 1.5

7. 3C Borderless_Cyrodiil-3578.esp is unnecessary and redundant if you make the effort to chnge
bBorderRegionsEnabled=1 to bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 in the general section.

To summarize:
1.ninstall all your mods. ALL.
2. Start installing properly using dev_akm guide or http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1004123.
If you're relatively new to FCOM, use dev's instructions, they are more detailed (he's got patience of a saint :D)

finally, is UOMP the unofficial oblivion patch? The M is throwing me off.

UOMP=Unofficial Official Mods Patch 1.5 and is entirely different mod from Unofficial Oblivion Patch 3.2.0. Written by the same geniuses though :D

Oh, and nowadays I strongly recommend TheNiceOnes OMOD installers for FCOM (1.1) and for MMM (1.6.1), they will help you to avoid some mistakes.

Deleting everything, and re-installing only the mods I want, correctly.

(lol, I did install FCOM the first week I tried mods, after all.)

Hmm you have a fairly lengthy load order. You could be hitting a memory ceiling.
Do you use the LAA 4gb patch
Nevermind, after reading a bit more into your issue, I would agree that there may be a sound card or codec issue.

If he's using OOO + MMM, he needs that, as well as MMM for OOO.esp (which he doesn't have). If he's using MMM + FCOM 0.99, he needs MMM 3.7.3 and OOO 1.34b5 (which he also doesn't have).

I'm fairly sure you can get away without Bob's - I play without it.

To summarize:
1) Get BOSS and Wrye Bash (you DO have WB, right?)
2) Read http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/convergence.html.
3) Reorder your mods and build a bash patch (absolutely required when using FCOM).
4) Play.
