CTD near Sancre Tor

Every time I go near Sancre Tor (or rather the area around Sancre Tor) my game instantly CTD's.

Here is my list of mods:
FCOM, latest edition I believe
OOO
MMM
Frans
Bob's Armory
WarCry
All official DLC except for the Castle near Chorrol
Shiv Isle and KotN
All the unofficial patches except for the one for the official Castle DLC
Tyrael Armor
Exnem Runeskulls mod
Midas Magic V9.95
The Lost Spires
Ruin-Tail's Tale
Tears of the Fiend
Lost Paladins of the Divines

I've been playing for a while now and have had no problems until this.

Re-run BOSS on your load order to fix the delinquent masters, and then rebuild the Bashed Patch. Try to launch again afterward. You may end up updating to the latest FCOM config, but see if this works first. That would be a whole new project...

I have the latest version of FCOM, I just checked. I'm going to need to install BOSS though hang on.

You definitely do not have the latest version. You have 9.9a7. The latest version is 9.9MB3. I think that is...two releases ahead. Last FCOM release, and then the UFCOM release... You have the old 9.9 FCOM + MMM pre 3.7b3 + OOO 1.33 FCOM setup. The latest is latest FCOM + UFCOM + MMM 3.7b3 + OOO 1.34b5.

I don't think that having a slightly out of date version of FCOM would cause a crash in the area around Sancre Tor though...
I had used that version of FCOM before and had no problems with it in that area after all. The only mod I have that I know affects the area is The Lost Spires.

This is weird, BOSS is denied access to all of my mods...
Do you know if it works with Win7 64bit?
I am Administrator on my computer, but even when I run as admin it gets denied...

You have Oblivion installed in the default folder, Program Files, don't you? Reinstall the game to C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks. You will not lose your saves or anything. Before you do that, go to Import/Export in OBMM and export your active OMOD list. Save it to your desktop, somewhere easy to get to. Then copy your OMODs folder there too. You can find it in Oblivion\OBMM\mods. Copy that "mods" folder. After you reinstall the game, patch it, and reinstall OBMM. Drop the "mods" folder into the reinstalled OBMM's Oblivion\obmm folder. (Choose "yes" if it created the "mod" folder already, and you are prompted to overwrite it.) Then copy the contents of your old Data folder into the new one. Then, launch OBMM and import your active OMOD list. Your game should then be restored to the same state, just in a different location. Please, ask if you need clarification of the steps at any point. I can reorganize this, if you want. It is kind of messy and bothering me, anyway...

What's already said. Also, as Sancre Tor has undead spawns outside it might be that you have an unpatched version of Oblivion WarCry EV.esp. Make sure it's patched to 1.085b.

Okay I'm back, sorry about the delay...
I tried doing the clean save and I updated the WarCry files, although I didn't see any change in the file name for WarCry so I'm not 100% sure it was updated.

Still nothing...

I have ruled out Romuska because this problem existed before I got that mod, and I was able to finish ToTF so thats out too.

Not possible, I have never been to Sancre Tor's exterior because of this, I had to use console to get in there for the main quest...
This has existed since I have been playing this install of Oblivion, I installed most of the mods before I started playing, except for Romuska, Decorator Assitant, and Imperial Furniture...

Its really the only one of those that could affect this, at least logically...
Although logic doesn't always play into mod fixing now does it?

It adds a shop with some cool items, a dungeon and a flying city/garden just south of the zone of CTD, in fact the fast travel point for the garden is in the zone of CTD.

But this problem existed before the mod was installed, so I don't think it would be the cause...

You really should update to the latest UFCOM/MMM. It's confusing giving support on earlier versions of mods as you have to keep in mind fixes made since the particular versions the user have. Personally, I tend to avoid giving advice on outdated versions because of that - and the later versions are almost per definition more stable then earlier ones as well.

EDIT: In fact, I'd say that's general advice if having issues with unknown causes. #1: Update to the latest stable releases of the mods you're using.

Yeah, I'm kind of running out of options here...
I just don't see how FCOM could cause that kind of error.

Would I lose any of my stuff from the previous version when I update, or does will I be able to just continue on like nothing happened?

You should just be able to update. Remember to completely uninstall MMM before, updating to MMM 3.7b3.

Okay, I did the updating, didn't fix the crashes...

I think that I need to re-update/reinstall MMM, don't think it worked considering I crash whenever a Mart Monster comes into view...

Yes I did completely uninstall the old MMM before installing the new, just so you don't ask about that...

Yeah, I'm going to keep working on this tomorrow, but I'm going to call it quits for tonight.
At least I backed up my saves prior to trying to fix the bug lol...
If anyone thinks of something that may work, please post, it would be greatly appreciated.
