CTD, possibly on switching weapons

The game has only just recently become highly unstable, and I'm at a loss as to why. My load order is below:

Anybody have any ideas what might be causing it? I thought I noticed it during weapon switching, but haven't been able to pin it down to that exclusively. It doesn't happen immeidately, after about five minutes, if I try to switch weapons, particularly if there are enemies around, it silently ctds. I've been using FPS weapon wheel as well, and I removed it, but the crashes still occur.

Its a mod issue, so I will move it there. More than likely, your save is getting corrupted. Happens when your adding and removing mods over time.

Also, I see some mods that I am not sure should be on the same mix, but maybe they can. CASM Feng Shui and Save Key for one, CASM has it's own save key (F4) and the keymap mod may not be fully aware, so that's just one example. Of course it could be fine too. Also, you do have a lot of weapon mods, are you sure the load order is right for those to work together.

I am also not sure of the efficacy of running a Merged and Bashed Patch at the same time, unless you using the Bash for the tweaks only.
