I'm not sure why it's crashing upon me starting up. I just reinstalled everything after having a few problems. I used obmm and boss. Anyone have any suggestions? Here is my load order.

can somebody please help me, I've tried messing with the load order. I really don't want to start deactivating mods one by one

Crashing on startup means that you have a missing master. Look in Wrye Bash for a red check-marked mod, and click on it to view its masters in the right-hand pane. The missing one will be red.

Also, if you don't already, you can use BOSS to sort your load order. It looks OK to me after glancing over it, but I'm not very familiar with Better Cities.

When you say CTD upon starting a new game, you got access to the main menu to choose "new game", right?
If not it's most likely like wrinklyninja said, a missing master.

edit:
-Make sure to read boss log file
-If it still doesn't work then try removing mods from the load list until it does to find the culprit .

Also, delete your Oblivion.ini in your My Documents/My Games/Oblivion/ folder, and let it regenerate...

I can get the main menu and select a new game. A load screen pops up and then it crashes shortly after. I will check a few of these suggestions out and see if I can get some results. thanks guys. If anyone else has any idea about something that might be wrong in the load order please tell me
