This is kinda weird, it never happened before. I was rising my skills in alteration in the Hawkfort in Ebonheart downstairs next to the woman near the Altmer. after purchasing 12 potions of Cheap Restore Magicka i used them all to regenerate but in my inventory there was one left when i wanted to select it i recieved a CTD. (I guess that's why they are CHEAP! LOL)

any solutions? Anyone else experience this strange phenomena?

If you assume this is a mod problem, we need some info.

Keep in mind that unless you can recreate this crash, it may have just been totally random
