I am currently having an issue where whenever I equip the flamer by using a hotkey the game goes CTD. I have tried going without mods and still have the issue. I have uninstalled the game and all mods and utilities, then reinstalled it all, and then created a new file and it still happens.

It only happens when I equip the flamer from a hotkey, and not when I equip the flamer from the pip-boy. Oddly enough my first character from before I uninstalled-reinstalled does not have this issue, but all the later ones do!

Hopefully someone can help me out.

Are you using the mod Burnification? Do you have an Nvidia Graphics Card? If you answered yes to the first question and especially if you answered yes to both questions, I suggest disabling this mod as it has known issues on Nvidia Graphics cards (especially modern ones).
