CTD when loading up a (moderately) modded game. : V

So I recently did a fresh install of Skyrim, modded it up a bit, then tried to start a new game. As soon as the loading screen ends, I crash to desktop. I wanted to know if anyone can help me out here? I have my Papyrus and can give mod load order and mods installed if needed. I do have ENB installed (just the wrapper edition) and also CTD and Memory patch ENBoost from the Nexus.

The Papyrus logs are not to be used as crash logs. Your full load order, install order, and dxdiag in a spoiler tag would help.
