Whenever i attempt to load another save game from my current save game the game crashes, also when i try to quit the game it crashes as well. Is this a common problem or is a fix possible? I will post my load order if neccesary

It's common yes. To stop the game from crashing when exiting the game, grab http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22410. As for crashing upon loading, it's recommended to exit / restart the game before loading a save for stability reasons, as certain scripts will fail to load properly otherwise. Can be a bit annoying I suppose, but I don't think it's too bad.
