CTD when yelled at about locked containers

Hi,

My game is consistently crashing whenever I look at a locked containers and a nearby NPC gives me a "That's locked for a reason, ya know!" line. The game doesn't crash when I target a locked object but I'm not observed, or as long as I'm careful never to mouse over a locked container while being watched. So far this has happened in various buildings around Megaton, with various containers.

Does anyone know what's causing this? Here's my load order:

Well I can try to help you here...

30 Mart's Mutant Mod - Zones Respawn.esp
31 Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.esp
32 Mart's Mutant Mod - Natural Selection.esp
33 Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp

Firstly disable these as they're all included in Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release.esp which you don't seem to have loaded. You still need that .esp even though you're using Mart's Mutant Mod - FWE Master Release + DLCs.esp. So get that loaded up as well.

Also you may want to try dropping the Unofficial Patches. There were made for an earlier version of Fallout 3 and not the current 1.7. They may change things that may have already been fixed in an Official Patch or a mod. Some people have reported entire areas of the game causing consistent CTD's with the Unofficial patches loaded.

35 Whose been sleeping in my Bed.esp

I haven't used that mod but from reading the Nexus page there's two versions, one that enables some beds to be used and another that changes ownership of cells. That could potentially cause problems so disable that. You'll most likely need to start a new game; since you're using FWE just do an Alternate Start for quick testing if you weren't already ;)
